Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and what happens when you do.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your account at luavoice.com
- Open Settings from the user menu (top right)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your password and the confirmation text
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All uploaded audio recordings
- All transcriptions and generated notes
- Custom prompt templates
- Stored API keys (if using BYOK)
- Folders and organizational data
- Device pairings
All data is permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Active subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically when you delete your account. You will not be charged again. No refunds are issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle.
